The H-1B lottery registration launched at noon today, March 7 and runs until noon EST on March 24. Our office is ready to assist you in registering any candidates for the lottery.
The lottery process will be very similar as last year’s, requiring the employer to review and approve draft registrations in their online USCIS accounts.
One notable change from last year’s lottery is the filing fee. The USCIS fee for each candidate registered is now $215. We can also review a position and candidate before the lottery registration window to give you a sense of the likelihood of success of the H-1B petition itself. If a candidate is selected in the lottery, the next step will be to submit the H-1B petition.
